Sometimes you just gotta keep it simple.
Our job: strip away the bad 70’s vibe to highlight the house’s soaring ceilings, open floor plan, and capture as much light as possible.
This living room lacked an anchor, so we designed and built a fireplace from scratch. A medley of unpleasant wall and ceiling textures were addressed by smooth coating the space from top to bottom and painting it a crisp bright white.
We layered comfortable and cozy textures, added hand scraped wood flooring and replaced the traditional stair railing with cables for a modern look.
The result? A light and bright family sanctuary with a clean palette.
