Where does Vanillawood ship? We can ship to street addresses in the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii. Because most of our products are shipped via UPS or FedEx, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam, and we do not currently ship to International locations.

Tracking Your Order: Once your item has shipped you will receive an email from Vanillawood with the shipment tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours from the time your shipment leaves the warehouse to the time the tracking information is available.
Shipping and Handling Rates: All orders are shipped via ground services. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Rates are calculated based on item weight and shipping destination.
Freight Carrier Delivery: Oversized items shipping via Freight Carrier Delivery require someone present at shipment address during the time of delivery. Once you receive a shipping notification email, a shipping company representative will call you within two to three weeks to schedule an appointment for delivery time.
Estimated Shipping Times: Vanillawood has agreements with our partners to ship your order directly from their warehouse to your doorstep to minimize potential delays and prevent excess handling. Estimated shipping times vary for each product and are located at checkout. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times subject to product availability and shipping distance.
If we discover a product you ordered on Vanillawood.com is out of stock or backordered we will contact you to provide an updated estimated shipment date.
Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 7-14 days.
Will all items arrive in one box? Since items may ship from multiple warehouses, your purchases may arrive in more than one package. Please view your order details to verify which items may have shipped separately.

Return Policy: Items eligible for return must be sent back to us in the same condition you received it within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. Custom made items are not eligible for return. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be sent to Vanillawood, not the manufacturer, to be eligible for refund:

Damaged and Defective Products: If an item is received damaged please contact Vanillawood customer care immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or (503) 305-8830. To expedite your claim, please email photos of the damaged merchandise and box (if applicable). If deemed defective by the manufacturer or shipping company, you will receive a replacement of the same item within 45 days (assuming additional inventory is available to ship from the manufacturer at that time) at no cost to you. Vanillawood will have the defective product picked up at no cost to you; however, the item must be in its original packaging.
